Clients can start to notice gradual changes that will compound into fantastic results given a healthy timeline. Our coaches will help you set realistic goals and timelines to avoid disappointment or a "quick fix" expectation.
No, Axis Nutrition Coaches will not give you a by meal food plan. We are a nutrition coaching service that utilizes the manipulation of macronutrients and lifestyle choices to help you achieve your goals.
No, each client will receive their own custom macro recommendations based on their current weight, activity level, BMR, and nutrition goals. No two plans as the same because no two people are the same. We do not recommend or encourage sharing of macro numbers. You can enjoy the same foods, just in different volume and quantity to meet your individual needs.
Yes! Our coaches will take the time to teach you how to log your macros, how to identify fats, carbs, and proteins, how to weight your food, and more. We want you to be able to develop sustainable eating strategies through the use and knowledge of macronutrients. The long term goal is for you to be able to continue it on your own.
You do not need to weigh yourself every day. We do recommend taking monthly pictures to see your results that may not reflect on the scale. There are multiple ways we can measure progress.
